Seems the Biden Administration decided to change the definition of disability to include "gender dysphoria". Putting that often temporary mental anxiety on the same level as actual real permanent disabilities such as blindness and deafness. :suspicious:
1). ‘88’s point is applying the same argument Team Trumpnis using regarding lower court rulings.

2). If you read the article for comprehension you’d know the suit seeks to eliminate programs for more than suffering gender dysphoria. It’s likely they represent a small percentage of program’s population.

3). Please define the science based difference between “real permanent” disabilities and neuro-divergence.

4). What does the permanency of a disability (physical or psychological) have to do with reasonable accommodations? At what point can Dr. Baldy determine the difference and time frame of temporary and permanent? Should a person who eventually rehabilitates out of a disability suffer through it until they become a normie in your eyes?

The Rogue Rulings Act would limit a judge’s ruling in cases like this not just against trump’s EOs.

It goes back to my question - do MAQA yahoos even think about potential consequences?

Isn’t unemployment insurance a state’s program?

No. Or they feel they have done enough voter suppression that they’ll achieve permanent power.

Ask Bill Maher or Joe Rogan if Trump is insane

And I know as I say that, millions of liberal sphincters just tightened. ‘Oh, my God, Bill, you gonna say something nice about him?’ What I'm gonna do is report exactly what happened,"  Maher said, adding he "didn't go MAGA. And to the president's credit, there was no pressure to."

Well that’s off topic (you’re replying to a post about his cabinet kissing the ring in front of cameras).

But why would I ask Rogan or Maher about their opinion of Trump’s sanity. His own public words and policies are more than enough.

Not to mention the tariffs on building supplies and equipment required to open a new factory here.

As usual, you totally missed the point.

The Biden Administration changed the statutory definition of the word disability in this law to include more than what the statute allows. In case you didn't know...you can't do that. It's illegal. That's something dictators do.

You are correct that biden did things via EO that he shouldn’t have been allowed to. What you fail to see is that trump is taking it to another level and rather than reining him in Congress is abdicating their responsibility and trying to enable him.

No…I didn’t miss your attempt.

Me…not seemingly balanced in your eyes, is a compliment.

Maher is balanced politically to a fault. He now plays the role of contrarian for contrarians sake…in an attempt to remain relevant and edgy. He thinks Trump is mentally fit and yet is a ln active member of PETA.

Also, he smokes more weed than even Rogan. That’s obviously an issue for you based on previous statements.

Decent summary that relies on facts. Still, it’s up to the courts to continue protecting rule of law and democracy.

CH….did you see your idol Stephen Miller at the presser?
