See, I'm seeing it as the DOJ might not even file charges at all. The imminent is the part about waiting.

I’m not sure he’s a threat to win as much as the corresponding shit show a new campaign would bring. He’s still wildly popular among Republican voters.
Republican leadership also hopes he’s taken down.

Depends what you are saying. Kash Patel has been saying from the start that Trump has documents that have been declassified but the markings have not been updated on Trump's copies.
I'm telling you. All this stuff that everyone is now talking about has been discussed for two years.

Because Durham still has an active investigation. If he releases the documents, it influences his case. He wanted to release after Mueller, but was going through redactions for public consumption and then Durham started. IF I'm right, which who the hell knows, the FBI play here is to tie up Trump's documents so they cannot be used in Trump's court case against Hillary, FBI agents and others. Could be coincidence, but just as Trump's case started movement, the FBI raided MAL. What better way to see what Trump has on them.

Well you've been wrong on every post in this thread so why reverse course now? The documents are still classified. Mark it down that I said this. Interesting that Trump's legal team has never asserted that they have been declassified. In fact, when they asked for a special master, they specified that they should have a top secret clearance. No need to that stipulation for unclassified docs.
Some are regurgitating taking points and never held any level of security clearance and it shows. I had a secret and can tell you I cringe when I read what some are posting on this thread. Just stop.

Trump declassified. I don't know why the Master needs security clearance.
I'll post this again. Information has been out there for years. This is a recent recap below. It started before Trump left office. Would you like a link from 2019 talking about Trump planning on declassifying these documents?
https://justthenews.com/accountability/ ... ase-russia
Meadows' memo confirmed prior reporting by Just the News that Trump on Jan. 19, 2021 declassified a binder of hundreds of pages of sensitive FBI documents that show how the bureau used informants and FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and misled both a federal court and Congress about flaws in the evidence they offered to get approval for the investigation

Focusing on declassification is a deflection. There is more to it than that. trump is employing his usual legal strategy of bluster, bluff, obfuscate and delay. It might work against some Jersey subcontractor but the government has more lawyers and more patience. This is going to be interesting.SeattleGriz wrote: ↑Thu Sep 01, 2022 11:22 amOh, his observation. The one he speculated over? Well there you go. Bobbi's got it all figured out. I would trust CID's opinion on this (and Ukraine) more than any fringe, whack-job, rightwing so called expert from Conservative Treehouse and the like or their fringe, whack-job, leftwing so called expert counterparts from Vox, etc.
The trump fromunda cheese eaters will do anything to defend him.

That's amazing how someone can write EXACTLY an article that would be pertinent 2 years later, but be totally wrong about the subject. I wonder what those odds are?

I don't know the specifics, but do know if my hunch and what others have corroborated with past reporting and documentary proof is correct, this whole deal is all about that binder of documents that Trump directed to be declassified in Jan of 2021, but has been talked about well before that date.
John Solomon was being fed information, just like WaPo and NYT are fed information. He was going to write about the documents, but obviously has been waiting for them to be released.

Can trump declassify a document and immediately give it to the Washington Times? Or does sensitive information such as names of agents, sources and methods need to be redacted? Even if it is legal, it would be unpatriotic to risk the exposure of that kind of information to America's enemies.SeattleGriz wrote: ↑Thu Sep 01, 2022 11:33 amSo let me get this straight. If we are talking about that binder, it concerns information collected during Mueller's investigation. Interviews with people involved, text records, who was doing NSA searches in databases, etc. Most likely items we've seen as well, but had a large amount of redactions.kalm wrote: ↑Thu Sep 01, 2022 12:05 pmSo the various intelligence designations submitted by the DoJ regarding national security were actually about the FBI and Durham?SeattleGriz wrote: ↑Thu Sep 01, 2022 11:33 am

Why would Trump try to declassify anything other than what he believed would prove Hillary and the DOJ pulled some crazy stuff trying to frame him for Russia Collusion?
