Robert O’Rourke is a clod, can’t stand to watch that phony show, thankfully Dem voters seem to feel the same.

Though I disagree with almost everything Warren stands for, I somehow like her personality. She is passionate and has charisma, still hope she loses big time.

And this is why Biden will be the nominee. His support from blacks isn't budging in spite of the racial wokeness from Karamel Harris and Lizzie Warren, and the liberal Democrat vote will be split among several candidates.

Get ready for Biden to ride the same firewall Hilldawg used to win the nomination in 2016.

In the continuing “who can give away the most” contest among the leading Democrat candidates, Elizabeth Warren has come up with a new $85 billion giveaway
Democratic presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren unveiled a proposal to guarantee universal high-speed internet access on Wednesday as part of a new plan to invest in rural communities.

“I will make sure every home in America has a fiber broadband connection at a price families can afford,” the senator from Massachusetts wrote in a post on the blogging platform Medium. “That means publicly-owned and operated networks — and no giant [internet service providers] running away with taxpayer dollars.”

Warren said she would create a federal Office of Broadband Access to manage an $85 billion grant program. The grants would be awarded to electricity and telephone cooperatives, nonprofits, tribes and municipalities that pledge to bring high-speed internet to underserved areas.

I especially love the part about creating a new federal agency...grow the federal government, Liz!!!

Well you should also take height into factor as you might not have enough head pressure if you are too short.

Wouldn't it be more cost effective to reach middle-of-nowhere rural places with satellite coverage?

Not enough bandwidth on current satellites and running out of room in the Clarke orbit. Sat companies are also filling up clock offset orbits.

Fiber to a demark and then 24ghz Air Fiber wireless mesh network would be a better design model for rural areas.

Good point. Bottom line, there are ways to improve connectivity but running fiber to everyone isn't a practical solution.

First: Ubiquiti is absolute consumer grade horse sh!t
Second: actual enterprise hardware is available at 8 x the speeds of ubiquiti outdoor point to point

:suspicious:

If you're going to spend the money to build a point-to-point long haul mesh network
Ubiquiti is NOT the answer...

and if you are pawning off Ubiquiti hardware as Enterprise Grade to your client (shame on you)
license-free 24GHz band stuff is noisy long haul and has problems over 10km
also Ubiquity uses the cheapo Atheros crappy chip sets when they step down to 5 6 or 7 gig
