Were Bush, Obama, Clinton, Biden, or Reagan involved in a political campaign at the time those photos were taken? Were any used as part of a campaign?

The policy is that filming and photographing is not authorized for partisan, political or fundraising purposes. I'm not sure a sitting President getting his picture taken at Arlington is against that policy.

It seems to be a common theme/excuse for MAQA yahoos to believe that donOLD is being persecuted for doing what they believe is the same thing that Presidents before him did.
