Nope. Not fake news. Corrupt Trump. But Z, KKK and Flaggy will be along shortly to defend Trump.
I thought that he just fired the inspector general in charge (Glenn Fine), who has been replaced in that role by the EPA's Inspector General Sean O'Donnell. He's heading up the team that is overseeing the spending. Is that not true, did he fire everyone and not replace them?

He fired only Fine, so far as I can tell. Maybe he sought a more toothless head watchdog. Typical Trump. Fine was well respected with a lot of experience over several administrations.
