I wish you would chat with 89hen.. He seems confused about this
Regardless of "how much potential life there is" in the universe... it ain't making it here
Maybe I am confused. The Fermi Paradox is the exact question I posed to which you're referring. It's not an answer as to why we're alone or haven't been visited. Not sure what you're talking about.

Of course he exists.

But he didn't vote in the primaries in the numbers that the middle class did. He NEVER shows up except occasionally in the general.

But yeah that meme though

Or something

I see CID took a picture of my car at Sambo's when I wasn't paying attention. Fucker.

I was so embarrassed about my left tail light being broken, but I got it fixed over the weekend, so you can all stop laughing now. She's fully roadworthy again. :tothehand:

One of the few presidential bumper stickers I've seen this election. My wife and I were just commenting the other day, while looking for houses, how few presidential yard signs there are this year, compared to any other year. Doesn't look like either side is proud of their candidate.

You, sir, have not been to the mythical island of Delmarva. Not only are there thousands of Trump signs everywhere, but very few have been stolen or defaced. The only tagging I saw was "PUSSY" spray painted on three of the large wooden ones that some farmers had at the edge of their field on a highway, and those got fixed the next day. The Trumpster is going to take the lower two counties of Delaware and probably all the counties of Eastern Shore Maryland by a wide margin.... ...and get zero electoral votes for all that. Because cities and darkies and liberal twats live just outside our island.

And, on Rt. 24 in Sussex at least, Gary Johnson is in second place in terms of signage. Haven't seen a single one on that road for Her.

The upcountry of SC is littered with Trump and Johnson signs. Johnson is surely in 2nd place.

If I do see signs, they are mainly Trump signs. Amazing how many there are. Starting to see a few sprinkled in Hillary signs, but not near as prolific as the Trump ones I see when driving to work. It's not going to translate into a win for the Donald, he's going to lose by a good margin, but what it does signal is the antipathy towards government as is, which is what Hillary represents, is not going away and is only getting more strident. We can call them deplorable or racists or any other thing we want to call them, but this angry populism that has been building for some time now isn't fading away. Going to be a rough four years until the next election for Hillary, even more so if the GOP hangs on to the Senate (which is possible) as well as the House (which is probable).

Its also happening on the left, which nobody seems to get. Long term, the biggest loser in this excuse for an election will be the DNC. :coffee:

I don't think so. The Democratic Party does not have to deal with something like the the Republican Party does in terms of a plurality among them that would do something like vote for an atrocity such as Trump in the primaries.

The future is bright for the Democrats. Remember that when it came to Sanders he did not have support among non Whites. Hillary dominated there. And the thing that makes the future look bright for the Democrats is the changing ethnic demographics.

Sure, the Democrats have some problems. But it's nothing like the problem the Republicans have.

Is it just me or my area or are there fewer bumper stickers and yard signs this election than any of the last 3 elections? Seems no one really wants to admit who they are voting for.

A monopoly of a political party will be an issue for all America. Hillary is a conservative Democrat and Bernie was a Socialist Democrat. Maybe a split in the Democrat Party in the next 20 years.

Podesta wrote to Tanden in September 2015, at a time when Clinton’s campaign feared that Vice President Biden was about to enter the race for the Democratic presidential nomination. “Most of that has to do with terrible decisions made pre-campaign, but a lot has to do with her instincts.”Tanden responded, “Almost no one knows better [than] me that her instincts can be terrible.

And this is the person that JSO wants leading our country. Clinton's confidants thinks she has terrible instincts.
