It really depends on the agency; some agencies are so much more useful than others. Useful agencies have some bad employees and useless agencies has some good ones...
all in all, what Musk is doing is good
So 2/3’s of federal workers are useless? What evaluation system did use? Did you meet with them? Talk to their supervisors?
Which ones do you axe? Just go alphabetically? Base it on when they were hired/last promoted or switched jobs within government? Have you considered the burden this places on states to pick up the slack? Are states on board with this?
What format have you used to separate the wheat from the chaff?
