Wrong. Biden wouldn't have even understood the topic. Don't be butthurt because you didn't know California admitted they've been negligent in collecting run off water to fill reservoirs by letting it run into the ocean.
Did trump need to use force to "turn the valve"? No.
Did turning the valve and releasing the water from 2 dams do anything significant to help California with their water issues? No.
Did that water make it to southern California where the needs were most pressing? No, it went to the central valley.
That interview was a rambling word salad of inaccurate information. it's fair to question whether he has dementia and/or other mental illnesses.
Trump was referring to federal decisions about pumping water from the Sacramento–San Joaquin Delta into the Central Valley and Southern California via the State Water Project (SWP) and Central Valley Project (CVP). Instead of pumping water into the Central Valley and SoCal (opening valves), they let it run into the Pacific ocean.
Do you even know why? Because their models, just like climate change models, say so. Do you know how often these models and predictions have been correct over the last 30 years? Not even close to real life.
You two just can't stop the knee jerk reactions to Trump.
