Behavior? Yes. Skin color? No.

BS Native, EVERY white, conservative, gun owning person that expects personal responsibility is a racist because the left says so. It is impossible for a redneck with your IQ to have thoughts and not base it on skin color.
Not really, Shit Head. It has more to do with the image the fringe groups who do your dirty work and grab the headlines from you tolerant, middle of the road, salt of the earth, peace loving old school compassionate conservatives. :|
"Sarah Palin absolutely blew AWAY the audience tonight. If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... She did it with warmth and humor, and came across as the every-person....it's becoming mroe and more clear that she was a genius pick for McCain."

I really don't care about labels, I know who I am.

When people call me racist or a hate monger it makes me laugh and then I pray for them.

Exactly... I wonder how many folks who are for illegal immigratiuon would have no problem with a stranger breaking into their home at 3 am, helping themselves to their food, medicine, clothing, shelter, and money... then setting up shop and staying a while- because that is exactly what is going on at the southern borders of the country.

And it's been going on for a long time and will continue for the foreseeable future. Things like NAFTA and farm subsidies make it worse.

But, what would you do to stop it? And I'm not sure nativist's idea about sending the military down there with shoot to kill orders is very feasible.

It won't be going on "for the forseeable future" if AZ's law is deemed constitutional. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Yes it will. You really think an out-of-work farmer or rancher in Coahuila, Mexico with a hungry family, no job prospects, and the US border a few dozen miles away isn't going to try to come?

Our problem is that we have a third world nation on our southern border. The problem isn't going to go away as long as that's the case. It's the only border (I think... I could be wrong) between a first world country and a third world country. People are going to keep coming as long as it's the best way to support their family.

Our problem is that about a third of the population are willing to lie, cheat and steal (employers of illegal labor, illegal aliens, most politicians, et al), and another third are willing to tolerate or even encourage the ones who lie, cheat and steal (skelly, the rest of the politicians, Cardinal Mahoney, et al...).

It has a great deal more to do with the larger left wing fringe groups who are portrayed sympathetically by the mainstream press, Obama and most Democrat politicians, and a few cowardly Republican politicians. These jackasses refuse to stand against anarchy, racism and lawlessness and try to label people like me a racist.

The jackasses below actually stand for lawlessness, anarchy and the politics of explicit racism:

I give you a comprehensive ten point plan for securing the border, with only one of the ten points including a limited military element, and that's the best you can do?

Do you care about the world you live in and actual solutions to make it better? What the hell are you studying in "graduate school," basket weaving?

Mexico is a third world nation not out of necessity, but by design.

Such a well thought out, non-defamatory post Native! No obscene insults from you at all, I'm starting to see why your group is so peaceful. ;)
My Tea Party friends do not allow me at their meetings. :kisswink:

Sounds like they found out about that second digit in your IQ. That's grounds for immediate dismissal

You might want to pause and ask yourself how the Tea Party found out you had a second digit in your IQ when you go to such great lengths to avoid displaying it.
You matter. Unless you multiply yourself by c squared. Then you energy.

We have third world nations within our borders that are being ignored also. Pine Ridge to start the conversation.

Good........maybe we can get all of the Tea Baggers to vacation in one state this summer!   At least I know where NOT to go.

Speaking of tea...here's another unintended consequence of the Arizona boycott: http://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/poli ... 95689.html
And then there's AriZona Iced Tea, named as a boycott target. Problem is, the company is based in New York, not Arizona. "In 1992, two hard working guys from Brooklyn with a dream created AriZona Iced Tea," says Founder Don Vultaggio in a statement, saying the company has never left Long Island. "We are very proud to be an American company with roots in New York and we look forward to continuing to provide you with the high quality and value driven products we've been making for the last 18 years."
