What does that have to do with anything?

Do we give billions of dollars to Iran every year? :?
up until a few years ago having sex with my bf was a crime in Texas and several other states... why should I care what another country calls rape. If he purposely deceived here by using a jewish name than fine. If an HIV guy here tells someone he is neg so the person will have sex with him he has committed a crime and in some places here in the USA he would be charged with attempted murder. Not much of a difference... there should be consequences for lying
Deflowering a maiden under the age of 16 is still a crime in South Carolina, as are numerous other things, because it takes legislative time to take those things off the books. It is easier just to stop enforcing them, as most states have done. That's why every now and then, somebody points out how in the stone age some states are, even though they haven't enforced those laws for a long time.

Logic a little off there. (Not that I really give a sh!t, but....)

Having sex because you were fooled by a raghead is not nearly as dangerous as having sex with an HIV positive person.

Unless jihad and sh!tty driving skills are communicable.

Indeed. Someone knowingly having HIV and lying about it is a lot different than giving a false name or religion.
