Emergency Management people started filing all kinds of proposals for stupid shit. I live in podunk county Iowa that has 8,900 people in a 580 sq mile area. Our county emergency management director filed paperwork and got an emergency command center trailer, a 1 ton crew cab dually pickup that can only be used to pull the trailer, a bunch of assault weapons for a tactical team the sheriff created, and 5,000 body bags.
