For proof she wasn't shot in the head- it's actually very simple: Just look at her head, there isn't any scar and her head is exactly the same it was before. This does NOT happen if you are actually shot in the head- Do a search for "shot in the head" and see the after effects.. it ain't pretty. Most everyone dies and those that aren't are left permanently disfigured.

Why does she have her right arm in a sling, if it's supposedly paralyzed.. no need to wear a sling, unless you want to make sure you don't move your arm accidentally when it's supposed to be paralyzed.. Don't need to worry about people seeing your non-existent scar with your hair combed over the supposed exit wound (that doesn't exist).

Looks like she won't have to wear the sling anymore to make sure she doesn't move her right arm, because now it's all back to normal! How convenient!

She likely got tired of the "paralyzed right arm" routine- and now she has "regained use of her right arm" MIRACULOUS!!

This picture actually solidifies that it was a hoax- because you see those supposed cuts to her forehead?- she would have scars from all of those, which she does not. She's totally fine.
