My term is a 6 year term, so I won't be on the ballot again until then. I think I'll still try to do it again then because this time I was just a write-in, but it would be cool to register and actually see my name on the ballot (FYI, I would cross register so I show up under the Dem and GOP columns). Seeing how one vote won the election for me this year, I think I would be in good shape to win again with my actual name on the ballot (and no opposition of course).

I will say it is pretty cool to see your name on the ballot. Winning is fun too, especially when you run against somebody.

6 year term is a long one. A lot of time for graft and corruption.
