One was the owner of the waste disposal for all of Bainbridge Island Wa and the other super lucrative body shop and toe truck business around here, sold it and now has a fleet of small engine plains and is a flight instructor in Vegas.

I was very close to dropping out of HS after I'd been kicked out of a HS in Baltimore and changed schools

Just because someone drops out does not make them stupid. Many drop out due to boredom and not being challenged.

3Bd/2Br is about the max I'd want. Absolutely no house, and definitely no yard. Currently living in a 1Bd/1Br and it's basically no maintenance, dirt cheap relative to my income and location, cleaning takes less than an hour, and it forces you not to buy too much crap because space is at a premium.

The less I have to take care of and spend, the more free time and money I have to enjoy life.
