Biden is not mentally unstable as Trump is. If you watch him in actual conversations with people he is cogent. And he appears to be normally adjusted. Not the case with Trump. You watch him talk in any context for 10 minutes and if you're honest with yourself you're going to say "That guy ain't right in the head."

Biden tends to stumble when he's in highly charged situations. But, remember, he is a guy who had a stuttering problem that he had to overcome. I think that is what you are seeing. I don't think it's dementia or any other kind of cognitive issue.

Of course, this is also why we don't look to politicians to solve the real important problems of the day - they're not particularly good at doing that. Politics has become a reality tv show for the most part. And Trump is just one of many in that regard.

That could have something to do with it.
