One cop, officer Knee In Neck holds him down, yet you think all 4 would be an easy murder conviction in court (as opposed to manslaughter)GannonFan wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 11:45 amThe cops had about 10 minutes of holding this guy on the ground, gasping for air, to think about what they were doing. This was a slow motion tragedy that should've been avoided. This wasn't a bad decision made in an instant, this was lack of concern for another human being. That's murder to me.BDKJMU wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 10:31 am
How do you say easy murder conviction for the 2 officers the video doesn't show?Even a manslaughter charge wouldn't be easy to convict on anyone other than Officer Knee in Neck. My guess is Officer Knee In Neck will be the only one who might be charged with murder, but more likely convicted of manslaughter. Maybe the other cop the video shows will be charged with manslaughter. The other 2 who knows, but their careers are probably over.

Re: Here We Go Again (Minneapolis, MN)
Four officers involved in the Monday incident have been fired, and Floyd's family and their attorney, Ben Crump, have called for their arrests. Police identified the officers Wednesday as Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, Tou Thao and J. Alexander Kueng. Attorney Tom Kelly said he was representing Chauvin, the officer seen with his knee on Floyd's neck.

Re: Here We Go Again (Minneapolis, MN)
I just saw the video. Those cops are criminal. I don’t know what happened before the video but once he was cuffed was he a threat? And that cop with his/her knee is guilty as sin.

Every cop at that scene is a pile of shit. Murder for the other three? No. Prison time? Absolutely.
Another big issue is how are they trained to create this scenario?
The Karpernick analogies are spot on. For those who whined about that, suck a BBC.

48 were shot/10 killed in just Chicago just this past weekend. Most undoubtedly black on black. But by all means keep pedaling the whole false narrative of the kneelers, while ignoring the elephant in the room..

Walk and chew gum. Inner city crime and racism are both an issue.BDKJMU wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 11:32 pmJust like I pointed out earlier this month in the Political Memes thread, according to the most recent FBI crime stats, only 3% of black homicide vics were killed by police, the vast majority of which weren't ruled bad shoots. When the race of the victim and the offender are known, about 89% were murdered by other blacks.
