Anybody who knows anything about use of force issues/self defense knows this shouldn’t have even gone to trial.

Grosskreutz's actions should of came out during his deposition/case prep and the prosecution should of been ready to help steer the questions and Grosskreutz should of been coached on what to say in response to those questions. That he said what he said and in answer to the question that the prosecution asked, is one of the more bone-headed things I have seen in a court case.
