All Obama has to do right now is to suspend DADT under the existing stop/loss rules. He, as C-I-C has the authority to do so.

Second, to permanently repeal it, pressure Congress to do so.

The military has NOTHING to implement. It is not complicated.

That's what cracks me up about the "patience" thing. Anything that you have that can be taken care of in the next 5-10 minutes to have it out of your way should probably be done in the next 5-10 minutes to at least give your people some faith that you are keeping your word on your issues.
