Your point is valid. They were cocksuckers and it was what it was.

IMO, the problem is that he did not discover America - he discovered America for white people to ravage.
Everything was discovered for civilized people to ravage. That's WHY they went to discover it. :coffee:
I know. No argument, more of a comment...
"Sarah Palin absolutely blew AWAY the audience tonight. If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... She did it with warmth and humor, and came across as the every-person....it's becoming mroe and more clear that she was a genius pick for McCain."

Nice to see a thread like this where all involved can just say it is what it is/was. Trying to fit yesterday's men to today's standards is just silly. We don't seem to have a big blow back when it comes to celebrating things like President's Day or anything to do with Thomas Jefferson or any of the other Presidents that were slave owners. Hell I think we had quite a group of slave owners fill the presidential slot.

Yes, they set the stage for future prosperity, world wide.
