I don't think it is. I don't think that old Native American guy was "at fault." Weird, but nothing wrong with what he did. He was just trying to break up the situation. It's ridiculous that people are pointing to the actions of those Black Hebrews as somehow justifying how those kids behaved towards that old man; especially the one that is the central character. The fact that some Black Hebrews yelled insults at them does not in any way or sense justify mocking and messing with an old man like that. Just no way no how. The old man was not the one yelling insults at everybody.

It got to the point where he, the other kids, and their families were getting death threats.
