I agree abuse exists and in any system there are always those that will take advantage of a helping hand if they can. I don't think they are anywhere near as large a fraction of the total as is being made out. And I'm still not seeing these freebies that bleating from the right insists are about to capsize the economy. All I see is space blankets and rubber clogs behind cyclone fence and razor wire.
