I've been saying that for years. CST and to a slightly lesser extent MST.

The best shows are over by 10PM, 11PM at the latest. Perfect bed time.

Prime time shows start at 7.

NFL starts at noon

I agree that PST is by far the worst.

MST and EST could be flipped, but I hate staying up *that* late for a sporting event, so I'd give a slight edge to MST
