Yeah, I'm not sure. Some legal "analyst" on one of the stations discussed this. They were wondering why it was taking so long to release the info. As I stated earlier, they wanted to ensure the businesses had a chance to close and get their employees home. In that way, a grand jury is very different than a regular jury

I agree, however, Prince gave a concert and gave all of the MONEY to non profits in Chicago. However, this does not get any news coverage. In my City (Atlanta), my fraternity has started a mentoring program from boys 4-13. Studies show that this should start before 13 when most boys get into real trouble.
