In the very first paragraph .... second hand sources:

“Some of Robert S. Mueller III’s investigators have told associates”......... “according to government officials and others familiar with their simmering frustrations.”

Critical reading skills are critical

The same article says the mischaracterization has to do with obstruction. And yes, the report should and will be released - as soon as Mueller and Barr are finished redacting it.

Again: There is no basis for saying it cannot be released to authorized members of Congress un redacted. As time goes on and I watch discussion of it it's become apparent that is the case. Authorized members of Congress can see classified material. And there is little question that judges would authorize release of grand jury information if the Executive Branch asked for the authorization. If they refuse to release an un redacted report to authorized members of Congress they are trying to hide something. Very little doubt about that.

A 4 page summary - released by an AG who previously covered up Iran-Contra and believes in the executive unitary theory - released two days after receiving a 400 page report which took two years isn't going to cut it. except if you read carefully, you’ll see that they are actually saying “Friends of Mueller investigators are saying their investigator friends are MIFFED!!”

Well, maybe I didn't really answer your question. That's mainly because it was irrelevant.

But here goes:

Trump has a yuge ego. The mere fact of the investigation is an insult to him. He knows he did not conspire with Russians (and probably 98% sure nobody on his campaign did, either), and that, combined with his lack of self control and judgment, made it imperative to lash out at Comey and fire him. In short, he is impulsive - just like his worst critics say he is.

You are assuming rationality in Trump. If you don't, then his actions make a lot more sense.

I'm still going with my original prediction. Nobody of consequence is going to jail. Dems leave angry because Trump found not guilty and Reps don't get proof of a deep state.
