The scale of the BP disaster has been exacerbated many times over by the intentional and unintentional ineptitude of the Obama administration.Grizalltheway wrote:CID1990 wrote:

Then again, perhaps in YOUR world, that comment constitutes a substantive argument that the oil spill in the gulf is not a big deal.
In MY world, it is just a poke at one of my favorite pillow-biters. (Love ya Dback, but it is Agape love, not Eros love)
Still waiting for you to show that you weren't just being a name-grabbing DONK spew-meister. Run your mouth and get called. That's how it works. Now show me where I have made some kind of an argument that the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is somehow not a big deal.
(you already searched the whole board and that was all you could come up with, so I expect either silence or hyperbole from you.)
BTW- thanks for re-posting one of my favorite recent pokes.![]()

Yeah, okay Cid. Make an asinine comment downplaying the scale of the disaster, get called on it a couple months later, then act like it was just an innocent "poke". Talk about weak.
It's hard to separate the intentional from the unintentional incompetence, but Obama's gross failures of omission and commission include the first and second drilling moratoriums, delayed response, refusal of foreign cleanup assistance, delayed waving of the Jones Act (has it been waived?), grandiose claims of nothingness, etc...
Cid's poke was right on target. Take some responsibility, kid. Your boy Obama as taken a bad situation and made it far worse.
