First thing, Drew Brees shits on both and should actually be #2 ahead of Brady and (Old) Manning. Then you have Eli who is also better than both and would be the 5th. If we are going on ability, then Matt Ryan, Vick, Newton, and Romo are all better than Rapelisberger and Flacco. But if we are going by playoff experience and crap like that, then I could say Flacco is in the same group as Mark Sanchez. And last I checked, Sanchez was one of the worst QBs in the league. Your move. :coffee:
What a classless post. Why do you go out of your way to denigrate Delaware at every opportunity? :ohno:
Dude, go blow your mom again. Seriously, can you just do me the favor of getting out of this one thread. Maybe I can tolerate you if you just do me that one small favor.

 Someone has to do it. Everyone denigrates NJ, NY, and PA, so we need some balance on these boards. :thumb:

If I had to pick a QB for my team right now, just for this season, I probably go Rodgers, Brady, Old Manning, Roethlisberger, then Flacco.

So let's see. That would be the second time you've used the "can I have what you're smoking" line on me.

You too are a spoiled little bitch that could use an attitude adjustment.

Maybe you need to go blow mom too, since your brother Skyjelly hasn't been showing her enough tongue lately.

I would say that to anyone who put Flacco at 5. Nothing personal. If it makes you feel better, I think the Ravens will win the SB this year. :kisswink:

You're just being a hater. I don't have Flacco in my top 5, but putting him in the same group as Sanchez and then saying that Sanchez is one of the worst QB's in the league is wrong.

You can make an argument that Ryan and Newton should be ahead of Flacco, but not Vick or Romo.

I'm not a hater. I look at things objectively and can argue for any of those QBs I mentioned, plus Rivers, being better than Flacco. But it depends how you look at a QB. Do you judge him by the stats or the management of the game? As I said before, I believe this is the year Flacco gets his ring. You don't have to be a top 5 QB to win the SB.

You can argue anything you want, it doesn't mean that your argument is sound. You said that Flacco is on par with Sanchez, and then said that Sanchez is one of the worst QB's in the NFL. You're entitled to your opinion, but I don't think you are being reasonable here.

Same thing with the Vick - Flacco argument. No way I take Vick. Gets hurt too much and when he's not hurt he throws too many bad balls. Vick may be the better highlight reel QB, but some of those highlights are going to be picks and hits because Vick won't slide.

Uh...did Joe Flacco change his name to Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Eli Manning or Peyton Manning? Or Philip Rivers, Cam Newton, Ben Roethlisberger, or Matthew Stafford for that matter?

:-? Uh...Matt Ryan? You mean the guy with one of the worst deep balls in the league and no playoff wins to his credit. Ryan is much closer to Flacco than he is to Roethlisberger. Both Ryan and Flacco aren't the caliber of athlete you need to be to be an absolute, top-of-the-line starter in the NFL. Don't give me this BS that Peyton, Brees, and Brady aren't good athletes. They definitely were at one point, or they wouldn't be where they are.

Again, it depends if you are going on ability or management, and the elite combine the two. Management QBs have had success like Rex Grossman, Sanzhez, and Flacco. They do not put up the stats like Brees, Brady, and Rodgers (elite) or Rivers, Ryan, Newton (ability). But Flacco is starting to come into his own, so he is leaving the past group and moving towards the Rivers, Ryans of the world. I think that's reasonable enough. :kisswink:

What is a top of the line starter? If that means elite, I don't think you need to be a Brady/Brees in order to win a SB. Ryan and Flacco are just starting to come into their own, so let's give them a couple more years before we make final judgments.

So far on this thread we've got twelve top 5 Quarterbacks...

Note:
In last years playoff game Flacco was playing against the 31st ranked New England Defense
Every quarterback in the league had a 300 yeard game against them - so I would hope Flacco would do the same

I'm not saying he's not a top 10 QB because he might be now...

How about this:

How many of you would murder someone (that you don't know) to get with this?

With this bright assessment, the average Joe Flacco ranking on CS.com has climbed to 6.93.

Hey, you guys leave 93 alone. Flacco is his red turf. You'll never understand.

BTW, Flacco's average draft rank by position this year is 15.

Just sayin'
