It doesn't surprise me. I saw some people on CNN this morning saying they'd be shocked if he went through with it because Sanders would clean his clock. Talked about how Sanders has very well thought out views that he's contemplated for decades while Trump has no clue. And they were right.

If Trump gets into a situation where he actually has to show he knows what he's talking about he has no chance. And he knows that.

You missed the point. They were ratifying a constitution where defense was a federal responsibility so do the Trump thing and negotiate . But you are a far left wing loon so I expect nothing less :lol:
Remember, the Elastic Clause is a pretty nifty bit of wording in that document ... "all laws necessary and proper...". :thumb:
