My FiL has had both hips replaced. Sitting down for extended periods can be difficult. Last November we flew to Europe and he didn’t complain once, but you could tell he was in pain after we departed each plane.

One if the reasons we do trains is a person can walk around, but the major reason is I am retired and in no hurry, plus no TSA harassment.
