Bout time the US acquires more land. Last time the US did was 1947 when acquired the Mariana, Caroline Islands, and Marshall Islands as UN trust territories. They all later became self-governing.

Last time aquired land that didn’t later become self governing was the US Virgin Islands which purchased from Denmark in 1917.

Look at all the lands acquired 1783 to 1898.

Great countries acquire land. But outside the above mentioned islands, the US has been sitting on it ls laurels in terms of acquiring new land for the last 127 years.

What in the fresh hell is this? Look at all those great countries acquiring land still!

You’d think after the win, MAGA would be semi satiated and realistic in their ambitions. Like, oh I don’t know making America great again first? Silly to think that I guess.
