There's nothing sinister about it.... black drug dealers are the lowest hanging fruit of the low hanging fruit. They deal in the open and you can nab them right on the street. White kids deal indoors and nabbing them takes search warrants.

You didnt have to figure anything out- it is simple common sense and you said it yourself- the black guys are dealing in broad daylight. And they hold it in small amounts, making distribution charges tough- so its a possession charge.
