And they were already the third largest import of coal in the world. Good news from Australia, as that is where they import their coal from.Pwns wrote: ↑Mon Feb 10, 2020 4:17 pm https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/03/clim ... shima.html
After closing down their nuclear plants, Japan is now expected to build up to 22 new coal power plants. An example of the uselessness of the Paris Climate Accord and why nuclear power is still needed.

We should be burning coal until the day is as dark as night! It's a tremendously great and efficient energy source. Plus those poor people in West Virginia need to work!

People always learn the wrong lessons from nuclear incidents. Gotta hand it to those anti-nuclear activists in the 70's and 80's - they made it commonplace to distrust nuclear energy so much that it's not even questioned very much anymore, people just assume it's horrible. Of course, we could also place the blame for climate change on those same activists so sometimes be careful what you wish for.Winterborn wrote: ↑Mon Feb 10, 2020 4:33 pmAnd they were already the third largest import of coal in the world. Climate change is a hoax....period. Hopefully, Trump's p can get us back on track! We need nuclear and coal as our main sources of power. They are cheap and dependable....and they don't hurt the environment or have any health issues like the libtards lie about.GannonFan wrote: ↑Tue Feb 11, 2020 8:49 amPeople always learn the wrong lessons from nuclear incidents.
