You're local lawn and garden store is going to sell a lot more than that. They're going to sell things you can't, or don't want to, order online. I changed to garden center because that's what I call a flower store. I wasn't referring to something like a Tractor Supply Co or something like that.
If food is essential, then lawn and garden stores, and sporting goods (fishing, hunting) are essential..
Allowing the big box to stay open and sell the above, and not the locals, is arbitrary, capricious, and patently unfair..
