Chicago style looks better.
I made a frittata yesterday!
What Flaggy doesn't know is that Deep Dish is just one Chicago style and it's more of a special occasion pizza. Chicago Tavern style is Chicago's every day pizza and is characterized by a thin, crispy crust (can't fold it over like a piece of wet cardboard) and is cut into squares. The style is exemplified by Pat's Pizza and Vito & Nick's.

I discovered Detroit style years ago and haven't looked back.UNI88 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 24, 2023 12:21 pmWhat Flaggy doesn't know is that Deep Dish is just one Chicago style and it's more of a special occasion pizza. Detroit style is good. I don't believe in pizza monogamy. Be a pizza swinger and eat different kinds.Ibanez wrote: ↑Wed Apr 26, 2023 1:17 pmI discovered Detroit style years ago and haven't looked back.UNI88 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 24, 2023 12:21 pm

If so, why do you hate veterans?

'One of the first things you realize when you step outside the noise for a few days is how many genuinely nice people there are in this country,” Carlson started. “Kind and decent people, people who really care about what’s true. And a bunch of hilarious people, also. A lot of those. It’s gotta be the majority of the population, even now. So that’s heartening.”
He continued, “The other thing you notice when you take a little time off is how unbelievably stupid most of the debates you see on television are. They’re completely irrelevant. They mean nothing. In five years, we won’t even remember that we had them. Trust me, as someone who has participated. And then at the same time, and this is the amazing thing, the undeniably big topics, the ones that will define our future, get virtually no discussion at all. War. Civil liberties. Emerging science. Demographic change. Corporate power. Natural resources. When was the last time you heard a legitimate debate about any of those issues? It’s been a long time. Debates like that are not permitted in American media.”
Though he never addressed Fox News directly, Carlson finished his statement by saying that America’s “current orthodoxies won’t last” and there “aren’t many places left” where one can find “Americans saying true things.”
“Both political parties, and their donors, have reached consensus on what benefits them, and they actively collude to shut down any conversation about it. Suddenly, the United States looks very much like a one-party state. That’s a depressing realization, but it’s not permanent. Our current orthodoxies won’t last. They’re brain dead. Nobody actually believes them. Hardly anyone’s life is improved by them. This moment is too inherently ridiculous to continue. And so it won’t,” Carlson said. “The people in charge know this; that’s why they’re hysterical and aggressive. They’re afraid. They’ve given up persuasion, they’re resorting to force. But it won’t work. When honest people say what’s true, calmly and without embarrassment, they become powerful. At the same time, the liars, who have been trying to silence them, shrink and they become weaker. That’s the iron law of the universe. True things prevail. Where can you still find Americans saying true things? There aren’t many places left, but there are some. And that’s enough. As long as you can hear the words, there is hope. See you soon.”
Speaker McCarthy has also accepted millions in campaign contributions from businesses. Contributing to a political campaign is "getting into politics". Or does Speaker McCarthy want them to give him and other Republicans contributions and STFU?"If you are going to be an employer inside this state, you should also abide by the rules and run your business and I don’t think you should get into politics."

It's why you don't let inflation get out of the barn in the first place. Even if the original reasons for the initial inflation (in this case runaway government spending and Fed policy to hold down rates leading to way too much money supply) are fixed and go away, you've now started the cycle of inflationary pressures throughout the economy. Businesses initially look to cover costs, and in some cases have to guess how much to increase their prices to do that. Hint, they're not going to lowball that number. And like the article says, once everyone has been told we're having an inflation problem, everyone is more willing to accept higher prices, so businesses build that in. Customers not only expect it, but now they also expect higher wage gains, so that in turn puts more pressure on businesses to take what they can now before the costs catch up. It's a terribly viscous circle, and it only gets started when we screw up initially and introduce rampant inflation into the market.Skjellyfetti wrote: ↑Tue May 02, 2023 6:18 pm No shit, WSJ
Why Is Inflation So Sticky? It Could Be Corporate Profits
Some companies might have been raising prices faster than their costs have increased

My son and I took a pizza tour when we were there. Went to four different places. Great cheap activity as the boy was only 12 at the time.UNI88 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 24, 2023 12:21 pmWhat Flaggy doesn't know is that Deep Dish is just one Chicago style and it's more of a special occasion pizza.
