His Tax attorney's fees are deductible as well
Why, you ask..?
Because if he had just one business they wouldn't be
But since he has many the legal fee's associated with each individual business
exceed 2% of the gross operating cost and thus can be deducted in full
So he doesn't really even pay for his Tax lawyer

Baldy you know I don't think we have a taxation problem in this country
Our Government brings in enough revenue to run this country
and frankly I want my brother to make as much money as absolutely possible
and I can't wait for Capital Gains to get reduced to 15%
I'm perfectly satisfied with the tax code
as I've said a hundred times - It ain't the problem

Re: The Official "Making America Great Again" Thread
I'm not satisfied with the tax code at all. I think it's awful that citizens are required to file a report with the government every year to "justify" what they pay in taxes under threat of severe penalty if they get something wrong. You should not be required to report your income to government. You should not have to file a report with the government every year. You should not be required to justify what you paid in taxes.
Instead, if government thinks you didn't pay enough in taxes, government should be required to prove that beyond a reasonable doubt. YOU should not be required to show how much you made or document your deductions, etc. GOVERNMENT, if it thinks you didn't pay enough, should be required to document its case for saying so.

Still see Donks flipping out and trying to blame religion, race, economy, not the economy, intelligence, etc on Trump being elected. They just can't grasp that many people perceived Hillary as worse than Trump, or saw Trump as the lesser of 2 evils. All you all need to get a better candidate, instead of making excuses afterwards.

You might as well argue whether Stalin or Pol Pot was more or less odious..
They were both horrible candidates, and both have disqualifying aversions to truth and integrity. NEITHER of them are good, and "levels" of lack of integrity are immaterial.
If you were making the case that the GOP primary challengers, like Kasich or Paul - were fundamentally more honest than Trump, and therefore the real tragedy was that Trump received the nomination over them, then I'd agree with you. Conversely, if you made the argument that Bernie is fundamentally more honest than Clinton and therefore should have received the nomination, I would also agree with you.
But Clinton was not and still is not a viable alternative to Trump. To try to make the argument that she is is ridiculous. Both parties made this election a race to the fvcking bottom.
In fact, given that the media is almost completely aligned against Trump, I'd say that bodes better for the country because his every action has been and will be under close scrutiny. A Hillary Clinton administration would be a disaster for transparency because 3/4ths of the media would be carrying her jock.

Except that I can point to something like Politifact rating 69% of Trump's rated statements as Mostly False, False, or Pants on Fire vs. 26% in those categories combined for Clinton.CID1990 wrote:That's a specious and ultimately stupid argument to make.JohnStOnge wrote:

And I can point to stuff like Trump on national TV saying that the NFL wrote him a letter expressing concern over the debate schedule then having the NFL saying "no we didn't." Or I can point to a Youtube video if you really want me to look it up where Trump claims during a debate that he didn't advocate the United States interferring in Lybia then you flash to him saying we should use our military directly to do it. Or I can point to him making a Trump University promo where he looks earnestly into the camera and says he hand picked the instructors then link articles saying he later had to say in depositions that he had no involvement in picking the instructors. On and on.
He is indeed a more prolific, frequent liar than Hillary is and at this point I can't even believe anyone who has been paying any attention would argue otherwise.
And let me say this: If you want to say Hillary lied about something there is going to be an out. There's going to be some possible argument that she wasn't lying. But when you have somebody say the NFL wrote them a letter then have the NFL say "no we didn't" there's no out. And whey you have somebody say he hand picked the instructors for his scam "university" then later have to admit in a deposition that he didn't there's no out.
It's not even a close. Trump is worse than Clinton when it comes to lying.
