You agree that Mueller spent $32 million and had the full resources of the DOJ and couldn't find any connection to the Trump campaign colluding with Russia? How about the transcripts to the House Intelligence Committee when they were finally released? Narrative obliterated.

Don't forget the FBI never got it's hands on the hacked DNC server.

You guys can't even remember what happened. UNI thinks it was a court case and you think impeachment was where the decision was made.
:dunce: there was an investigation that didn’t lead to charges thus no court case. The lack of charges is not proof that nothing happened.

My personal opinion is that there was something there (.i.e some communication) but not enough to warrant charges. My opinion is not an indictment of trump alone, Hillary and Biden would have done the same thing if they thought it would help them win. They’re all slimy rats and I laugh at the fools who think trump isn’t part of it.

Then why did nothing come up from Mueller? Did you not pay attention to the House Intelligence Committee? All those blowhards that said they had smoking gun proof, admitted they had nothing...just like you on this subject.

Here you go. This is how CID replied to Klam when he was stating essentially the same thing.
I’m not trying to re-litigate shit. Pointing out that the fact that no charges were brought is not proof that nothing happened.

If CID wants tell me I’m full of shit and why, I’ll listen.

The irony of you quoting CID after he made you and SD look like Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne is rich though.

Bucha? Are you kidding me? That atrocity lie was debunked and the ISNT community has been exposed as hacks who are funded by government narrative sources.

Bill Kristol is way up on the ISW group. Slimy bastard changes support to make the most money. Surprised he isn't part of the Lincoln project.

All those blowhards that said they had smoking gun proof? Are we talking about Mueller or the “stolen” election?

I’m not privy to the investigation so I don’t know exactly what they had and I never said they had smoking gun proof. I have opinions based on my knowledge and experience as well as a functioning brain stem unlike MAGAt yahoos who get their opinions from right wing echo chambers and believe them to be facts. They’re no better than the illiberals who think Biden is doing a good job.

Mueller had nothing and his report shot all the major accusations down. The House Intelligence Committee was run by Adam Schiff and the Democrats behind closed doors. They kept coming out almost daily saying that they smoking gun proof of collusion.

It took Ric Grenell releasing the testimony to the public where it was revealed the committee had nothing when people answered under oath. Schiff and the Democrats had been lying the whole time.

This is a good line though. Just a little more tweaking and it'll be a perfect retort. I gotta say I giggle a little at how you're slowly perfecting your phrase for use on the general public!

The lack of a smoking gun, the lack of enough evidence to refer the case for charges is not proof that nothing happened. It could just as easily mean that there wasn’t enough proof or that if any malfeasance occurred that it didn’t rise to the level required for criminal charges.

How is what Schiff did then different from what Comer and Jordan have been doing more recently?

If you’re going to get your panties in a bunch over Schiff’s hyperbolic BS then do the same for Comer and Jordan. It’s not just the Democrats that have been lying the whole time.

Sorry. The whole, "the investigation didn't find anything, but there still may be proof somewhere" line doesn't carry any water. You expect Trump to prove his innocence. Not his job where a person is to be considered innocent until proven guilty. All the investigations turned up nothing, and to add insult to injury to the "Trump's somehow slightly guilty" line of reasoning, Trump was far more difficult on Russia than Obama.

In regards to Comer and Jordan? Hacks and I don't doubt they are saying shit in public that isn't even close to the truth or even close to provable. Nothing will happen to Grampa Badfinger, and nothing will happen to Hunter in regards to Comer and Jordan. This is simply their time to create reelection sound bites and rake in donations for "fighting the good fight".

Part of the reason I don't say anything, is I don't pay attention to their theatrics.

I’m not saying there maybe proof somewhere. It’s done. They didn’t find enough to move forward. Trump is innocent in the eyes of the justice system. But that does not automatically mean that the whole thing was a lie or a hoax.

So you pay attention to and care about the theatrics of Democrats but not Republicans? Or do you give Republicans the benefit of the doubt that you don’t give Democrats? Does your bias impact what you read, how you interpret it and who you apply it to?

Why couldn’t Schiff have been “fighting the good fight” for re-election sound bites and donations?

By fighting the good fight, I didn't actually mean that literally. It's what they tell, or what their donors believe. I could've been a little more clear.

I'm actually on record a couple months ago on this board saying exactly what I said here. The House investigations are made for the party in power to grow their campaign donations. I said it back then. The Republican investigations will net zero disciplinary actions and absolutely no change, just donations.

Look up Mike Flynn’s wiki page. Why did he lie? Who did he lie about? Why did Trump pardon him?

How about Manafort?

Stone?

Kushner?

Don Jr.

They all thank you SG for carrying their water and re-litigating this on their behalf.

You can't is your problem. Thanks for trying and failing yet again to paint process crimes or unrelated offenses as proof of Russia collusion.

A little recap on Flynn. Flynn was charged with making false statements to the FBI. He was represented by a large DC law firm that huge conflicts of interest.

During his case, his attorneys requested the 302 documents of his interview. The government refused while eventually going after his son, knowing his son had children. This was most likely why he agreed to the charges and was not required to serve any jail time.

After figuring out his DC lawyers had conflicts of interest against him, he got a new lawyer and withdrew his guilty plea almost two years later stating the Government withheld crucial discovery of the 302. The same form in which the interviewing agents stated they did NOT feel he was being dishonest. For some unknown reason, the original 302 went missing.

His new attorney got the DOJ to agree to dismiss the case, but judge Emmet Sullivan wouldn't, so Trump pardoned him before he left as Sullivan kept trying to run out the clock.

Remember all that?

Ex-Prosecutor Nails What Trump's Latest Legal Move Really Means

It's Huffpo so about as reliable as OAN or Conservative Pillow Fort but like them they'll have someone who occasionally makes a valid point ...
Attorneys for the former president, who was indicted on 37 federal counts in the classified documents scandal, this week asked to delay Trump’s trial until after the 2024 election.

It’s currently scheduled to begin in December.

Weissmann found that request to be very curious.

“If you are innocent and want to be vindicated, you ask for a trial before the election,” he wrote on Twitter. “If you are guilty and want to run on victimization, without being undermined by facts and law, you don’t.”

I wasn't distracting anything. Simply pointing out you made a claim about a website you've never read. Your credibility takes a hit when you make stuff up.

And Andrew Weissman, puhleaze. Guys been busted before for making shit up and widely known to be the actual person running the Russia collusion case. His credibility is worse than yours.

Lastly, his point is not only biased, but speculative. You can tell he's still butthurt with all the resources and shenanigans his team pulled trying to get Trump, but they failed.

I believe I read a couple of pillow fort pieces way back when. You’re just butthurt that I’m belittling one of your favorite sources for “accurate” information.

Making up shit is bad? Did anyone tell trump? Speaking of credibility, you can’t knock Weissman for making shit up after minimizing trump doing it.

The reasons behind his point may be biased but that doesn’t mean the point isn’t valid. MAGAt yahoos can keep eating up trump’s bullshit but people with functioning brain stems know he’s full of it. He’s worried and trying to keep the trial from sinking him.

Of course you don’t like Weismann. He was appointed by both RINO Bush’s to positions at Justice and then took down Manafort.

False equivalency. Trump's "lies" didn't put 30,000 people out of a job.

You should check out Arthur Anderson and Merrill Lynch cases Weissman was over.
