Iowa Chooses Obama and Huckabee

First off, i'm so glad that Clinton got 3rd place. I know this has no real bearing, but as a guage for support I'm liking it. Second off, take a look at the graph and notice the number of Republicnas voting vs the number of Democrats. That's so insane!

I'm not sure where you got those numbers. I saw 130,000 dems and 80,000 reps voted....Those numbers look like they're from ONE precinct.

Yo Mark...

The Democrats in Iowa at each precinct basically are electing delegates to the state convention the total delegates are whats shown in the totals for each candidate, much like we would look at the delegate total heading to the Democratic National Convention.

The raw numbers from Iowa were

Clinton: 72,942
Edwards: 74,513
Obama: 93,802
