Seattle diversity - mmmMMM!!!!

When we first moved to Seattle five years ago, I purchased a local publication that had all the major neighborhoods in the Seattle area ranked. The little town we chose was ranked eighth. Got high marks in everything but one category - diversity. Apparently, where I live is too white.
Needless to say, I always felt I could live with eighth place and just go drive to see diversity if I wanted.
Here is some of that diversity that is preventing my neighborhood from busting into the top 5 I am sure.

In a police statement filed Thursday in Everett District Court, 61-year-old Mehdi M. Matin says more than 20 years ago his brother uttered words about his bride-to-be so terrible the wedding was called off. Both men are from Afghanistan.
Matin was visiting his brother Monday when he repeated the remark.
Matin told detectives he hit his brother in the head with a pipe until he was unconscious and then strangled him with a rope.
