Juvenile facilities.

Now don't get me wrong, this girl should spend the rest of her life in prison, I just find the reasoning to try her as an adult to be lame.

If she shouldn't be tried for an adult for reasons then the lack of proper facilities shouldn't be a factor. If a 15-year-old boy had committed the crime and he would stand trial as a juvenile, then so should she.

Have no problem with this....she won't survive jail? Tough sh!t....people in her community shouldn't have to worry about the state turning a soci-path loose on a technicality...or when she turns 18....fok her & her family...

I agree she should never see freedom again, I just disagree with the reasoning to try her as an adult.

Honestly, I do as well for a plethora of other crimes. However, I commend the state for finding a rfeason - any reason - to insure she gets tried in the proper manner given the seriousness of the crime...however flimsy the reason may be.....hardcore criminals have been freed on flimsier technicalities...
