Wiretaps and Health Care?

When GWB was in office the libs were all up in arms about losing our freedoms
with the Patriot Act and the wiretaps.
Now they are firmly behind the government with their health care proposal that mandates private citizens buy health care or be fined or imprisoned.
Where is the outcry?
Where is the consistency?

Because they are going to put you in jail if you don't pay for their "free stuff". They are completely consistent.
