Oh The Hypocrisy

Today New Hampshire republicans are extremely ticked off at a new law pushed trough the State Legislature by democrats.
Democrats passed legislation that re-established a ban on firearms and other weapons being carried within the State Capital with the exception of credentialed law enforcement officers.
The law re-establishes a long standing ban put in place by republicans that was eliminated by a then GOP Senate President who had just assumed the post at the time.
Now that democrats have re-established the law, Republicans are whining about it.

Do you really want to open up a hipocrisy thread given the entire Ted Kennedy legislation to allow/disallow gubernatorial appointment of a Senatorial successor to him?

Any thread about political hypocrisy should make about 200 pages. Easily.
What amuses me is a supporter of one side or the other, accusing the other side of hypocrisy.
Some of you need to wake up to the fact that this government is broken, and as a result it is growing like a fvcking tumor. They are all hypocrites. In some ways, I think that Republicans are bigger hypocrites, in that at least Democrats don't claim to be for small government. They are open with their fvcktard spending habits.

Political parties and their politicians are simply doing what they must to convince we the people to anoint them as legal recipients of our taxes for them to squander, steal, and jack off with.
They leverage their campaigns with donations from the powers that be, the wealthiest individuals and corporations in existence who like things just the way they are, and to whom they will always cow tow to as long as they hold their elected office.
Simple.

Did the Dems re-enact the exact same law? Or did they make changes to it?
Also, it was a GOP Senate Pres. that shelved it in the first place. Is it posible that the GOP dicided that it was a bad law after they initially put it in place?
