Obama and Healthcare

Does anyone have confirmation on Obama supporting removing antitrust laws that exempt purchasing healthcare across state lines? I was on an AP feeder and I saw part of the article never red the whole thing and cannot find it now.

I would be very excited and optimistic if this is true.

Would be a great way to lower costs. People who now live in states with expensive mandates for things they don't want, don't need, or can't afford would be able to purchase for far less in states without these mandates. For example I remember reading an article last year comparing NJ, a state with a lot of expensive mandates, to one without, WV, claiming that in WV one could purchase an individual plan for a fraction of what they could in NJ. People could go from a handful of options to hundreds. Nothing like a massive increase in competition to lower costs.
