Simple way to remember...

1. If the month has 31 days...on the first day of the lunar cycle he's a democrat...unless the lunar cycle starts on an odd day that month, then he's a republican...

2. If the month has 30 days, then the first day of the astrological cycle that starts in that month is his change...you must first apply #1 to determine how that change goes.

3. If the month has 28 days, his party affiliation cycles by the day...odd days he's a democrat...even days he's republican...

4. If the month has 29 days...RUN AWAY...RUN AWAY...


See...it's really simple...
