BRIGHTON, Colo. - It's a small sign igniting a big debate. An official state of Colorado Adopt-a-Highway placard announcing that a one-mile long stretch of US Highway 85 is sponsored not by the Boy Scouts or the Lions Club, but by the Nazi Party of Colorado.

Are they adopting all highways or just the ones that have white paint on them for lane designation?

At least have the stones to admit who you really are. Christ, if I saw that sign here in Washington I might have been prompted to attend a meeting.

I don't have a problem with this. Hell, I'll put the sign up in my yard if they'll come cut my grass once a week and trim the hedges periodically.

That's the problem with America. You are automatically cast out if you aren't athletic. Fucker, I wasn't into sports in high school. I enjoyed rock climbing, and other outdoor activities as well as music. That doesn't make me or any of the guys I was in scouts with, pussies.

As I recall, the guys I k now from scouts have been successful early on in life. The 3 big star athletes from my high school got kicked outta college, worked at Dunkin Donuts, Wendy's and a bar. Two of them became Marines but have since left the service.

Then again, you cannot group people.
