To play, the rules are akin to "Bob".

Each time Barack Oblameo says the word "Inherit" or "Inherited" in the State of The Union Speech tonight to pass the buck for his failed policies and programs, each participant has to drink one of the following:
1)12 oz beer
2) 1 oz liquor
3) 8 oz of wine

The first person who has remained conscious and posts the number of times the word was used wins.

Being technical here, but that would be
1. 12 oz beer at approx 4.2 ABV (8.33 proof)
2. 1 oz liquor at 100 proof
3. 5 oz wine

Would all be roughly the same amount of alcohol.
