El Rushbo makes the same kind of 'retarded comment' that Emanuel did and where's the indignation from the Right? Calls for boycotts? Yeah, 'right'....

Context man.

You apparently didn't hear his whole speech. He was making fun.

Typically what happens with most. Let me guess you got the piece from Limbaugh through media maters, or something like that?

I, for one, know nothing about what the Blimp says unless it's posted in a place like this...

Limbaugh said before he made ANY comment on the story that he would be using the words of Rahm and the democrats that control congress under Hussein Obamas watch.

Then and only then after making it crystal clear to anyone and everyone with a brain (those that didnt attend the public school system) that he was using Rahms words did he start using the word "retard".

You see, he was reporting and doing the mainstream medias job for them.

That being said, whoever started this thread is one DUMB mutherfu*ker for even trying to spin this cut n dried story.

No. You're retarded! How's that for comeback? Never saw that one coming did you? :D

Actually, I just happened to be listening to Rush on the way into work the other day and caught the segment where he talked about this. Which, is actually amazing, since my drive is about 40 minutes long and in that time, there are 37 minutes of commercials.

Limbaugh is an entertainer and Emanuel is White House Chief of Staff... BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG difference and if one can't or won't comprehend that and put it in its proper perspective one is either hopelessly ignorant and/or has drank the koolaid to the point of eternal inoxication and blindness.

Like Col. Hogan, I don't follow Rush, so I didn't know he had said it (I also didn't see it on the news, so you're one of the few who picked up on it).

With that said, (as blueballs mentioned) Rush is a radio talk show host, Rahm Emanuel is the President's WH CoS. Little bit of a difference in position, ability to affect policy, and authority between the two. I think you're reaching here, but what do I know...I didn't really find anything wrong with what Rahm said, he's entitled to his opinion--he should just know better than to verbalize it, given his position.

They're totally different animals, Emmanuel is a professional liar and Rush is a compulsive liar.

I don't see why everybody gets so worked up about Rush, it's common knowledge that you can't believe anything a junkie says... :coffee:

And Rush even spoke about it prior to saying and the following day.

According to liberals, Rush is the head of the Republican Party.

That is a big distinction. It's part of Rush's job/schtick to be over the top.
