I guess tainted milk and lead paint on kid's toys are backup plans to China's "one child" population control experiment.

The story I read about this stated that a good amount was the original milk, and it was just repackaged.

Hence the executions.

I thought they only had soy-milk???

I remember thinking after the executions how great it would be if we followed that same format for corporations. Kill a few company big wigs and I am pretty sure shitty products and failing financial industries curb their shit quick. Should work for members of congress also.
