I love the muttering around 20 secs in: "He said we're a wholly-owned subsidiary of the insurance industry."

I absolutely love Anthony Weiner.
The next Mayor of NYC for sure and then from there who knows. He would have cleaned Bloomberg's clock this year, but as he said in a recent interview - he's got unfinished business in the House.

I guess I'm missing something. Seems like partisan rhetoric to me.

I went to a Kroeger's (grocery store) in Raleigh and they had Dogfish 90-minute 4-packs. Seemed like a weird one to send that far away. I would have expected 60-minute or Shelter Pale or something.
Anyway, yeah, we got the Yuengling and while it was OK to drink, it just wasn't Yuengling. I had to pretend it was something else. Tarheel Lager or something.

We got all of those in Athens, on tap too, even the Festina Peche... every time the lady sees it, she gets it.

Same experience here. I have a couple that were brought down and LOVED them. A few months later they were selling the stuff down here. It is kinda spendy, but I said it was worth it.
Unless it's the real deal, it's not worth it. I mean the local stuff is good beer, but it's not AS good as the real thing.

I can buy a 12 pack of my beer for 7.99, Yuengling sells for 15.99.

That explains it. When you drink $7.99/12 pack beer, even Bud is spendy.
I remember when I thought anything more than $0.50/beer was a lot of money when buying a 12-pack or case. Between inflation and ever-increasing sin taxes, boy are those days gone.

Actually, Bud is 7.99 here too. You guys are the ones getting ripped off.

Well done.
It's not too difficult to hijack a thread about a Weiner...but to steer it towards a beer discussion...that's a solid A+.
