You're actually spot on IMO. It's humorous.OL FU wrote:So they can call conservatives regressives![]()
hey I'm just guessing
What, you want to play semantics? How about this... I've never met a single person who didn't object to being called a Liberal. Conversely, I'm not sure I've ever met a person who was upset about being called a Conservative.kalm wrote:Give us your definition of a liberal and we'll find out.
C'mon gives us your definition. Please.89Hen wrote:What, you want to play semantics? How about this... I've never met a single person who didn't object to being called a Liberal. It's not necessarily a bad thing. For example: I, for one, am ashamed of Republican spending of late.OL FU wrote:It ain't just herehoundawg wrote:

There's no shame left to feel anymore, napkin, it got used up with our blood, money, credibility, and prestige, in Bush's Decade of Decline.native wrote:It's not necessarily a bad thing. For example: I, for one, am ashamed of Republican spending of late.OL FU wrote:

And although dawg feels no shame, there are lots of things for which he SHOULD feel shame.![]()
Bush did not cause the twin Towers to collapse, dawg. It's amazing that we survived the event and following eight years as well as we did. It could have been a great deal worse!houndawg wrote:There's no shame left to feel anymore, napkin, it got used up with our blood, money, credibility, and prestige, in Bush's Decade of Decline.native wrote:

It could have been a great deal worse!Nobody is blaming the poor dumb bastard for the Towers, norman; they're blaming him for fvcking up by the numbers in each and every step of his miserable, ill-conceived, incompetently executed, excuse for a response.
All the way from escorting bin Laden's relatives (Bush's business associates, btw) out of the US after the attack, to WMD, to Dead or Alive, to letting Osama get away at Tora Bora, to the looting of Baghdad, to the cover-up of Pat Tillman's death, to "going to war with the army you have", to insufficient body and vehicle armor............and on and on, ad nauseum.........yeah, buddy, you're right, it is amazing we survived leadership that piss poor, but it's hard to imagine how it could have been much worse, virtually none of the possible fcvkups went unused.
Tow that party line dawg.houndawg wrote:Nobody is blaming the poor dumb bastard for the Towers, norman; they're blaming him for fvcking up by the numbers in each and every step of his miserable, ill-conceived, incompetently executed, excuse for a response.

...Not in a thousand lifetimes.
It's "toe that party line", Hen. The expression comes from prize fighting. I notice you don't disagree with "Dead or Alive", et al...........89Hen wrote:Tow that party line dawg.houndawg wrote:Nobody is blaming the poor dumb bastard for the Towers, norman; they're blaming him for fvcking up by the numbers in each and every step of his miserable, ill-conceived, incompetently executed, excuse for a response.

Thanks for the correction. Figures you would know the expression better than I.houndawg wrote:It's "toe that party line", Hen. The expression comes from prize fighting. I notice you don't disagree with "Dead or Alive", et al...........
And the Dems are testing that theory now, with the rutabaga we have in the office currently.houndawg wrote:native wrote:

...Not in a thousand lifetimes.Shoulda, woulda, coulda, nathan.................not that it matters anymore, but a rutabaga could have done a better job than your boy George, the Worst President Ever.
It's worse than that!AZGrizFan wrote:And the Dems are testing that theory now, with the rutabaga we have in the office currently.houndawg wrote:

Your theory is failing. He's making GW look like a genius.
"Toe the line" would be appropriate for a fighter, but "tow the line" seems perfectly appropriate for a lapdog.houndawg wrote:It's "toe that party line", Hen.
