Where do they get the $6,500 figure from? My company is relative small (59 employees) and our employee coverage is $386/month. That's the all-in cost. You can cover a family (unlimited # of kids) for $1,300/month. I've got 4 people covered for $15,600 (or about $3750/person/year).

I just don't see where that number comes from....I don't think AZ is that much cheaper than the rest of the country.
