I just saw this, that guy was serious. It's a shame he's less than an hour away and a couple districts over from me... otherwise his ass would be grass on my November Ballot... I don't care what he represents, there's no room for this type of stupidity.

You have to give credit to the admiral. He didn't miss a beat and calmly replied that he doesn't anticipate that Guam will be capsized. If I had been sitting in that chair, I would have gone ballistic.

Not only has this congressman gone "full-retard", this is also a classic example of micromanagement.
